Elinor Abbot is an International Anthropology Consultant with the Summer Institute of Linguistics (Dallas, TX). In this position, she has worked in SIL training and workshop programs in Mexico, Guatemala, Africa, North America, and England. Prior to working with SIL she taught anthropology at the University of New Hampshire. She received a Ph.D. in anthropology from Brandeis University in 1990.
